Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security through malware, probing or unauthorised scraping. Do not create illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware or prompts intended to bypass safety controls. Rocket Media may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for harmful use.
You are responsible for prompts, verifying outputs and their use. You must have rights and permissions for inputs, including people’s likenesses. You retain your input rights. To the extent permitted by law and provider terms, Rocket Media does not claim ownership of generated outputs; they may not be unique or eligible for copyright. You grant us permission to process and store content solely to provide the service. Rocket Media owns its software, documentation, branding and service intellectual property. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Report rights-holder concerns through Paddle support at paddle.net, identifying Rocket Media, the disputed content and evidence of your rights for escalation to us. Infringing material may be removed and repeat infringers suspended.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review before publication; regulated professional advice requires qualified oversight. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance or marketing outcomes. Pro has no monthly creation cap, but service capacity, safety controls and model availability can affect generation. Video creation is available only to paid Pro subscribers.
Pro costs R199 monthly or R1,432.80 upfront yearly, saving 40% against twelve monthly payments. Taxes and the final total appear at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Confirmed payment activates Pro; cancellation preserves access through the paid period.
