Data controller

Donovan Moodley, trading as Rocket Media, is the controller of personal data processed to provide this service. Paddle separately handles purchase and billing information as Merchant of Record.

Data and purposes

Account data includes email, account identifiers, authentication details and profile details supplied by sign-in providers. We use it for account access under our contract. Business profiles, prompts, posts, uploads and generated media are processed and saved to deliver the service under our contract. Subscription identifiers, status, paid periods and usage counts provide correct access and enforce free allowances. Technical logs, IP addresses and device or browser information may be processed for security and diagnosing errors based on legitimate interests. Support messages are processed to respond to requests. Where consent or legal obligation is the appropriate basis, we rely on that basis.

Sharing

Hosting, authentication, storage and AI service providers process data needed to operate the service. AI providers receive prompts and generation inputs; retention varies, so do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information. Paddle receives necessary information for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Professional advisers may receive data for legal or accounting purposes, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Account and saved content remain while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We delete or anonymise information when no longer needed, subject to backups and legally required retention. Appropriate measures include encrypted transmission, access controls and private media storage; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Rights and contact

Applicable law may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact Paddle support at paddle.net and identify Rocket Media so the request can be escalated to the seller. We may verify identity and respond within legally required timeframes. EEA and UK users may exercise GDPR rights; applicable requests are generally answered within one month.

International processing

Service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses must support transfers.

Cookies and storage

Essential browser storage maintains your sign-in session and chosen business. Paddle may use essential checkout and fraud-prevention storage under its privacy notice. We have not added optional advertising or marketing cookies. Manage stored data in browser settings; disabling essential storage can prevent sign-in or checkout.
